 ###  Causal Inference and Machine Learning (02-05/09/2024)

 The ZIB Academy 2024 took place at IPN in Kiel. It focused on **causal inference and machine learning** and addressed concepts, research questions, and methods at the intersection of these two areas.

The academy was aimed primarily at early-career researchers in psychology, educational sciences, and statistics/mathematics who are working in, or interested in, educational research. Participants gained solid understanding of how to **estimate causal effects**.
