Dr. Janine Buchholz has been working in the area of talent development and data preparation at the Research Data Center (FDZ) at the IQB in Berlin since October 2024. Her research focuses on motivational effects in the processing of tests and questionnaires, international large-scale assessments in education, and methods for testing measurement invariance and modeling multidimensionality.
