Henrike Elmers
Research Associate | TUM
Henrike Elmers (M.A.) has been a research assistant at the Centre for International Student Assessment (ZIB) since 2025, working in national project management for the PISA study at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Her research focuses particularly on the design of teaching quality, the development of teacher professional competencies, and the promotion of educational equity.
